We are seeking a Junior Aviation Contracts & Certification Advisor to join our Aviation team in London. This role is particularly suited to an early-career legal, paralegal or contract-administration professional looking to build specialist expertise in aviation contractual documentation, certification and insurance-related matters within a dynamic global business.
What you can expect
- Review aviation contracts, lease-related documents, policy wordings and related materials to support clients’ operational and transactional requirements.
- Prepare certificates of insurance and related supporting documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to contractual detail.
- Support the review and negotiation of contractual and insurance provisions on behalf of clients, including airlines, aerospace businesses and leasing companies.
- Liaise with clients, counterparties, brokers, insurers, lessors, external counsel and other stakeholders on contractual and certification matters.
- Review client and counterparty documentation to identify key contractual requirements and assist in the preparation of compliant aviation certifications.
- Work closely with experienced colleagues and benefit from day-to-day mentoring and development.
- Develop strong technical knowledge of aviation insurance coverages, policy wordings, contractual risk allocation and certification processes.

- The ability to work both collaboratively and independently while developing technical knowledge of aviation insurance products, operators and contractual structures.
- An understanding of the importance of working within FCA, Marsh Compliance and internal Marsh procedures and guidelines.
- A commitment to delivering best practice and high-quality client service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret and compare contractual wording.
