We are seeking a talented individual to join our Creative Team. This role will be based in the London office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
A role in the Creative Services team will expose you to a fast-paced environment with a good level of variety. Working with the Creative Director and clients, you will ascertain scope of work/objectives, agreeing deliverables and time frames. Engagement with clients is constant. You will lead your own projects and receive exposure to all sector teams.
We will rely on you to:
- Work alongside the Creative Director and clients to ascertain scope of work/objectives, agreeing deliverables and time frames.
- Create new PowerPoint and Word templates for client presentations.
- Improve layout of presentations and placemats as per guidelines, suggesting improvements and designing alternate layouts/charts/diagrams.
- Provide advanced formatting support for PowerPoint and Word documents and Excel charting, including redesigning slides in PowerPoint.
- Tailor pitch materials to specific client requirements or to convey key messages.
- Have custody of key documents through the editing/review/proofing stages.
- Assist staff with general presentation requests.
- Layout copy, tables and graphs of final bid submission documents.
- Source imagery, developing and researching concepts, designing or working with existing layout templates, developing concepts and submitting for client approval.
- Oversee final production of bid submission documents where required, including liaising with printers and other suppliers.
- Create final PDF submission by consolidating various documents/components (covers, dividers and attachments etc).
- Embed video/audio/Flash components as required.
- Assist the team with updating business materials and resources.
- Assist with general MS Office requests and template/document troubleshooting.
- Image searching using photo libraries as required.
- Concept development and template development.
- Liaise with printers and other suppliers for final production of printed materials.
- Uphold corporate branding to ensure consistency with style guide.
- Update job tracking systems and maintain a high standard of procedural work practices.
What you need to have:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, intermediate Excel.
- Working knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Excellent organisational skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure and multi-task to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with internal clients and colleagues.
- Excellent eye for layout and design essential.
- Experience designing, developing and using templates.
- Adept at problem solving and a quick learner.
- Preference for working in a fast-paced environment.
- UI/UX experience.
