We are seeking a talented individual to join the Global Client Director (“GCD”) team at Mercer. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We are an international, dynamic and diverse team working on a variety of global projects with a passion to help our clients. This role is key to the success of the team, and involves supporting across all areas of client-facing and internal facilitation.

We will count on you to:

  • Coordinate and catalog client-facing communications, including project management of the weekly client email and curation of existing content.
  • Add key client news to relevant team sites and flag important events and materials to all GCDs to manage information flow effectively.
  • Support analysis of client revenue by identifying trends, aligning with annual.
