We are seeking a talented individual to join our Professions PI team within Marsh’s wider FINPRO Division. This role will be based in Tower Place, London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We are looking for an experienced Client Executive to join our team. This is not a replacement hire, but to support the growing team. The main focus will be the end-to-end management of client relationships throughout the policy period, including market negotiations, although this is not a pure broking role. You will hold the responsibility for day-to-day client engagement, handling mid-term queries and planning and executing the renewal strategy.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage client relationships, including market negotiation, although this is not a broking focused role
  • Handle all aspects of designing, placing and servicing programmes for a range of UK and International PI risks across varied professions
  • Advise clients on coverage queries and execute mid-term programme amendments as required
  • Work effectively with other team members on accounts while managing and developing your own portfolio
  • Identify and develop opportunities for revenue generation from existing and new relationships
  • Work within the PI team in delivering the team’s sales strategy & participate in PI team initiatives, wording development and administrative duties

  • Client facing experience and be comfortable negotiating directly with insurers
  • Ability to pick up, and run with existing team accounts
  • High level of communication, planning and organisational skills as well as a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to integrate with and complement an existing team
