You will bridge onshore and offshore teams, aligning learning investments with strategic priorities and transforming capability across multiple geographies. As a builder and strategist, you design scalable programs, foster a culture of continuous learning, and drive measurable ROI. You will work closely with leadership to embed learning into the talent lifecycle and organizational growth. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li hybrid work /li li remote work options /li li professional development opportunities /li li inclusive culture /li li career opportunities /li li competitive benefits /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Develop and own a 3-year L D strategy aligned with transformation programs /li li Define learning frameworks for technical, domain, and professional growth across all levels /li li Establish ROI metrics and accountability for learning initiatives /li li Assess workforce capabilities to identify gaps and training priorities /li li Maintain service quality to P I and Risk COOs and leadership teams /li li Design and deliver flagship programs (onboarding, bootcamps, domain certifications) and oversee curriculum across technical domains /li li Manage knowledge transfer initiatives to enable onshore-to-offshore capability building and GCC readiness /li li Ensure compliance, certification, and regulatory requirements for programs /li li Lead and develop a ~30-person L D team and allocate resources across geographies /li li Build scalable L D infrastructure and advocate emerging methodologies (micro-learning, simulations, VILT) /li li Oversee budget, vendors, and technology platforms (LMS, authoring tools) /li li Monitor outcomes and iterate programs based on feedback /li li Collaborate with HR, talent, and organizational development to integrate learning into talent lifecycle /li li Partner with business leadership to translate priorities into learning solutions /li li Coordinate with Global/Enterprise, US, India, and UK Learning teams for regional alignment /li li Drive onboarding and knowledge transfer in GCC operations /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Significant L D experience /li li Significant leadership experience in L D /li li Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise-scale programs in multi-geography setups /li li Deep expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and modern learning technologies (LMS, virtual delivery) /li /ul ul li Collaborative and cross-geography collaboration /li li Strong communication and stakeholder management /li li Strategic thinking with ROI focus /li li LMS and learning platforms /li li Instructional design /li li Virtual instructor-led training /li /ul
