Overview

In this role you will lead and tailor high-quality pensions advice for DB schemes, collaborating with trustees and corporates. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across funding, investment, risk transfer and covenant, while mentoring others and guiding client strategy and fees. The position is client-facing, combining deep actuarial expertise with clear communication to drive client impact and business growth. Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and presentations
• Provide informed views on topics based on client circumstances and tailor advice
• Utilise strong technical actuarial skills for client consultations
• Act as final technical reviewer for actuarial calculations
• Agree strategy, direction and resourcing for client work
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues or provide informal feedback
• Participate in setting and negotiating fees and monitoring budgets
