We’re looking for a dynamic Consulting Team Leader to join our Corporate Employee Benefits Team at Marsh, based in London, Bristol, Birmingham, or Chichester. In this pivotal position, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team of corporate consultants specialising in Health and Protection benefits. You’ll champion the growth and development of our consultants, continuously enhancing the services we deliver to clients. By fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, you’ll strengthen our people, proposition and deepen client relationships—all while driving ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities
