We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in the Cardiff office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We recruit for potential and not industry experience. We are seeking individuals who aspire to be leading contributors to our business and who can embrace the opportunity to complete our fully funded training programme and attain chartered insurance qualifications. As a Client Advisor and once you have received initial training and support, you will be part of a team responsible for servicing a book of clients. This can involve processing new quotes, mid-term adjustments, invoicing and aspects of finance work, whilst handling any additional queries that are presented via the telephone.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management to our clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Ensure timely completion of all set tasks ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
- Demonstrate adaptability skills when required in order to support colleagues in completing business critical tasks.
- Develop meaningful working relationships with our insurer and business partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients.
- Through training, coaching and mentoring have a thorough understanding of all schemes that we offer our clients and keep abreast of new technical and product developments.
- Previous experience within a client/customer facing role, this can be gained from within a similar role or working in environments such as (but not limited to) retail, hospitality etc.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
- Dynamic with previous client facing experience.
- Drive to obtain professional qualifications, which we can assist with.
- Ability to communicate with individuals from all walks of life.
- Working with initiative and as a team to get the job done within service standards.
