Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) is looking for a Workplace Savings Consultant to join our Corporate Workplace Saving team in Bristol or London. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office. The MMB Corporate Workplace Saving team delivers DC pension consulting services and Darwin Pension Specialist Consultancy to a range of clients, primarily using our Darwin SaaS platform for global benefits management, auto‑enrolment and employee engagement.
As a Workplace Savings Consultant, you will work with leading UK companies to deliver pension and workplace savings services and Darwin consultancy to their allocated clients.
Responsibilities- Provide pension consulting services in line with client service schedules.
- Support clients with Automatic Enrolment and use of the AE module on Darwin.
- Scoping and managing Darwin related projects.
- Meet client retention targets, ensuring clients remain profitable and create efficiencies.
- Cross‑sell and deliver the whole firm to clients, identifying opportunities for the wider team to help clients meet their goals.
- Maintain your yearly retention and growth targets and develop a pipeline plan to achieve them.
- Support the development of Associate Workplace Saving Consultants.
- 2+ years of client‑facing DC pension consulting experience.
- CII or equivalent level 4 qualification, or working towards it.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organisational and time‑management skills.
- Commercially focused mindset.
- Flexibility to meet team needs.
- Experience using an employee benefit platform or Auto‑enrolment software.
- Experience in wider employee benefits and financial wellbeing.
