Are you a visionary leader ready to shape the future of corporate benefit consulting? We’re looking for a dynamic Consulting Team Leader to join our Corporate Employee Benefits Team at Marsh, based in London, Bristol, Birmingham, or Chichester.

In this pivotal position, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team of corporate consultants specialising in Health and Protection benefits. You’ll champion the growth and development of our consultants, continuously enhancing the services we deliver to clients. By fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, you’ll strengthen our people, proposition and deepen client relationships—all while driving ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and communicate our strategic business plan, inspiring your team with our vision.
  • Collaborate across business areas to leverage expertise and expand client relationships, unlocking new business opportunities.
  • Lead and develop your team through coaching and mentoring, enhancing their consulting, sales, and technical skills.
  • Manage and grow your team’s client portfolio while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, transitioning into a trusted advisor role and driving business growth.
