The Darwin CGD Delivery team are responsible for implementing Darwin to our clients, as well as managing any changes to the clients’ requirements whilst using the platform and its services. The CGD Delivery team plays a critical role in helping our clients realise value from their investment in our technology.
As a Darwin Project Manager you will be responsible for leading a project team in implementing Darwin through the full lifecycle of a project.
You will be joining a fast-paced, agile work environment and will have the opportunity to work with our clients across the globe spanning multiple industries such as big tech, manufacturing, banking, legal and healthcare.
Note: This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the London office.
We will count on you to:
- Create and maintain robust Project Plans in line with DDM, working with team members and clients to ensure all project activities are accounted for and tracked.
- Complete Projects Check Lists for phase gates and detailed tasks that need to be completed within the project lifecycle.
- Always manage and track project deliverables in line with project budget, scope and quality.
- Manage the scope of the project with the client and the internal teams in line with the signed contract.
- Support the Consultant in the design and build of solutions as agreed with the client during the scoping phase.
- Manage actions, risks, and issues ensuring the team and client are aware of progress and their responsibilities as well as ensuring any programme level risks are elevated to the Programme playbook.
- Work with the Squad Lead and Programme Manager on reporting any client escalations on extending timelines or business risk to the project.
- Take ownership of the success of the project delivery as a whole working with the Consultant and Config and QA teams.
What you need to have:
- Previous experience of project managing the delivery of Enterprise software products.
- Solid experience of managing projects, ideally multiple projects concurrently.
- A strong can-do attitude and be goal-focused.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for technology and how it can influence the lives of both our clients and their employees.
