In this Senior Software Engineer role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions within a collaborative technology team. You'll work hands-on with modern frontend tech to accelerate Marsh's digital and AI ambitions, taking ownership in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. You will partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality software and contribute to continuous improvement. This role offers hybrid work with three days in the office and opportunities to shape impactful engineering outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support scalable software solutions using modern engineering best practices.
- Work independently to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical colleagues to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Write clean, maintainable code and robust unit tests in line with coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including performance and integration challenges.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and team collaboration.
Key requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in a similar software engineering role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular.
- Proven expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
