In this role you manage key client relationships and support international benefits decisions within Mercer Marsh Benefits. You'll renew and grow a portfolio, contribute to developing our value proposition, and shape expatriate health and risk programs. The position offers hybrid work with a preference for Bristol or London, and opportunities to collaborate across Marsh/Mercer teams to deliver high-impact client solutions.

Accountability for day-to-day management of key clients and prospects:

  • Collaborate with analysts to deliver high-quality client service
  • Own client deliverables around expatriate health and risk provision
  • Design expatriate benefits and oversee program renewal or rebidding
  • Prepare client reports with recommendations
  • Suggest improvements to benefit programs where appropriate
  • Contribute to development of intellectual capital with senior colleagues
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global Marsh teams
  • Develop external relationships with insurer partners

Experience:

  • As a consultant within a broker or insurer handling diverse clients
  • Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment
  • Ability to work independently and with teams to drive success
