Responsibilities
- Support consultants with on‑site health and safety assessments and risk reviews.
- Assist with the delivery of health and safety consultancy projects for a range of clients.
- Carry out desktop research and prepare supporting documentation and reports.
- Help identify risk exposures and contribute to practical recommendations for clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients and support stakeholder engagement throughout projects.
- Produce reports to a professional standard.
Eligibility
This role is ideal for individuals who are either recently qualified, studying toward a relevant qualification, or have some relevant experience and are eager to learn.
A valid driver’s licence is required. An interest in health and safety and risk management is essential, and the flexibility to travel across the UK as required is expected.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 96 UCAS points (or equivalent).
- Strong report‑writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail, even when working under pressure.
- High level of accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build, manage, and develop relationships.

Work arrangement
Hybrid work is supported, with a requirement to be in the local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week. Teams will set an anchor day each week to be together in person.
