Role Overview

Position: Bowring Marsh team.

Location: Norwich. Hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be onsite with clients at least three days per week and office‑based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week for the full team to be together in person.

Responsibilities

  • Review and propose solutions to resolve client accounting issues escalated from Marsh Operations involving Bowring Marsh Technicians and Brokers as appropriate.
  • Assist the Norwich Management team in providing management information on premium and revenue.
  • Understand and ease payment situations and provide management information.
  • Prepare premium calculations for Bowring Marsh clients.
  • Set and achieve specific goals as evidenced by Workday data.

Requirements

  • Solid numeracy skills and a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical and conscientious approach.
  • Planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Quick to absorb new technical information.
  • Ability to cope with the cyclical nature of the business.

Outstanding skills

  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Intermediate level MS Excel proficiency.
