We are seeking a talented individual to join our Financial and Professional Liability (FINPRO) Multinational team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

What can you expect?

  • Liase and correspond with the Finpro population including Client Executives, placing Brokers, Clients and Insurers.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key Insurers and gain a familiarity with Insurer networks.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key producing offices within the Marsh global network, including our local broker contacts.
  • Foster good relationships with colleagues from other Marsh divisions.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and ensure a consistent service on their multinational programmes.
  • Assist with the successful implementation, monitoring and overall service delivery of local policies as part of a multinational programme renewal.
  • Manage the renewal timeline with key stakeholders to provide detailed feedback and support.
  • Be responsible for administrative functions including chasing local policies, input of data on centrally held tracking library, record keeping and file compilation.
  • Understand and comply with strict compliance regulations and operational requirements across the globe.
  • Produce multinational client reports based on the regulations and requirements across the globe.
  • Produce Client Reports, Benchmarking data and delivering ad-hoc information to assist with bespoke projects whilst adhering to Marsh business standards.

  • Previous office based experience
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Good level of education
