Internship Overview

8-week paid internship starting in late June 2026. You will work on real projects, gaining exposure to industry experts and hands-on experience within your team. The role provides a strong foundation for penultimate-year university students. Successful interns will be offered a place on the 2027 Graduate Programme.

Business Areas

  • Broking — you may work within a reinsurance broking team to understand all the risks associated with a particular sector and then broker a deal with the team.
  • Global Analytics & Advisory — you will work with our Catastrophe Modellers and Actuaries to analyse and value risks, advise on client risk management and collaborate with broking teams to implement solutions.
