As Marsh Finance accelerates its strategic growth plans for 2026 and beyond , we’re expanding our dealership network and strengthening our presence in the near‐prime motor finance space.We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship‐driven Regional Sales Manager to champion dealer acquisition, nurture high‐value partnerships, and elevate our regional footprint.This is a high‐impact, business‐development–focused role , supported by internal account management teams, allowing you to do what you do best: build, influence, and grow.What You’ll Do Drive Dealership Growth & AcquisitionProactively develop new dealer relationships across your regionIdentify and target near‐prime opportunity hotspotsNegotiate competitive finance solutions and close high‐potential dealsOwn In‐Life Dealer Relationship ManagementBuild long‐lasting relationships with dealershipsDeliver ongoing support, performance reviews, and commercial insightMaximise dealer engagement and align solutions to their needsCollaborate & Influence InternallyPartner with cross‐functional teams for seamless onboardingShare market intelligence, performance insights, and dealer feedbackContribute to continuous improvement and enhanced dealer journeysLeverage Data & Market InsightInterpret performance trends and competitor activityStrategically prioritise your region for maximum returnMake informed recommendations that support business growthWhat You’ll Bring Strong relationship‐building skills with the ability to influence key decision‐makersA proven track record in sales, negotiation, and closing dealsStrategic thinking with the ability to identify and convert high‐potential prospectsConfident communication and presentation capabilitiesHigh levels of self‐motivation, excellent time management, and the ability to work autonomously in a field‐based roleMotor finance or automotive industry experienceUnderstanding of regulatory frameworks (TCF, Consumer Credit Act, AML)CRM proficiency and experience managing pipelines effectivelyBusiness DevelopmentAccount ManagementGeographical PlanningStrategic ThinkingWhy Join Us?
