We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in the Leeds office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Within your role as a New Business Client Advisor, you’ll primarily be responsible for bringing in new SME clients to the Enterprise part of the business. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for servicing a range of commercial insurance policies. As a Client Advisor, once you have received initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing new business clients, which can involve managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross‑selling additional products while handling any additional queries that are presented. We will rely on you to:
- Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Manage all day‑to‑day queries, new business, renewals, amendments and mid‑term adjustments.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best‑in‑class service and drive growth.
- Serve as a client contact for day‑to‑day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and understand and comply with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
What you need to have:
- Previous experience within a similar Insurance Account Manager role is preferred; however, sales/customer facing experience gained from within a similar role or working environment will be considered.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
