About the role
We are recruiting for a Support Worker for a Young Persons Service in West Yorkshire. This contract is for 12 months initially but could become a permanent job.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to young persons in an Ofsted registered environment.
- Work with safeguarding procedures and relationships.
- Deliver flexible 10‑hour shifts, 3‑4 days per week, including some weekends (all shifts daytime/evening).
- Support the 24/7 operation of the service.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young people in an Ofsted registered environment.
- Experience with safeguarding.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
