Elite US firm are looking for a mid-senior Corporate Lawyer to join their highly regarded Knowledge Management team on a 12 month FTC basis covering a period of maternity leave. This role would suit a lawyer currently in a PSL role or a fee earner looking for a change. Australian and NZ Corporate Lawyers with relevant experience and full right to work in the UK are also encouraged to apply.
Providing support to a top tier M&A and PE practice as part of a busy team, responsibilities will include:
- collating and managing know-how
- updating precedents
- monitoring current developments, maintaining content and communicating to the group
- updating training materials and assisting on the trainee training programme
- supporting fee earners with technical queries
To be considered for this opportunity you will be 5+ years PQE with experience gained in the Corporate practice of a highly regarded firm. You will bring a high level of technical knowledge coupled with communication and stakeholder management skills.
