In House Counsel – Commercial Contracts – Transaction Manager – 5-7 years’ experience – London Our client is a leading data centre business constructing and operating data centres across Europe. They are looking for an in house transaction manager to assist them with commercial contracts legal matters faced by the business. You will play a critical and central role ensuring the smooth execution of their services. You may be an experienced paralegal who has worked within private practice and also has some regulatory experience in house. You will have 5-7 ‘ experience in the legal sector and preferably have an interest in data centres and the FS industry. Reporting to the CLO and CSO you will assist with the investor governance requirements, liaising with external counsel and ensuring all is compliant. Your strong management skills will provide support on projects relating to acquisitions, leasing, development and operations. This will include tracking data during M&A transactions, ensuring timelines are running to schedule, ensuring asset and development contract management systems are operational and being across all standard form contracts etc. You will be a resourceful, project manager who can confidently liaise with different stakeholders and external counsel, whilst being responsible for the project’s smooth running.
