Marsden, a leading international reinsurance business, is seeking a Head of Compliance for a 12‑month FTC in a city office with hybrid working.
You will own the firm's compliance strategy, provide regulatory advice to the executive team, and maintain relationships with regulators (PRA, FCA, Lloyd's), audits and risk assessments. SMF16/SMF17 experience and Lloyd's market knowledge are essential, plus onboarding/M&A experience and strong stakeholder management.
