We’re working with one of the UK’s leading luxury fashion brands to hire a Commercial Legal Counsel for an immediate start on an initial 3-month contract. The role will be hybrid, with three days per week based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a scaling, internationally expanding business and work closely with the General Counsel, playing a key role in supporting growth and further developing the legal function.
The Role
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Advising on day-to-day business matters across e-commerce, retail, marketing, and operations
- Supporting compliance (data protection, consumer law, H&S)
- Managing brand protection initiatives
- Contributing to international expansion and new store rollouts
- Developing legal templates, policies, and playbooks
- Supporting legal tech / AI implementation
