Global professional services firm is looking for a German speaking (and preferably qualified) commercial lawyer to join their DACH legal team based in London on an initial 12 month FTC basis. Central London, hybrid working (3/2 split), start between Sep - Nov.

Austrian, Swiss qualified lawyers with fluency in German also considered, as are UK qualified lawyers fluent in German and experience working across the DACH region.

As part of a busy legal team responsibilities will include:

  • Full legal support to the DACH business, primarily with commercial contracts and advisory
  • Review, draft and negotiation of documents such as NDAs, MSAs, engagement letters
  • Providing some general legal advice concerning employment, disputes and other matters
  • Advising on risk management and best practice compliance
  • Engaging with external counsel when required
  • Taking a proactive role as a member of the global legal team on projects and other initiatives

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have 3+ years of experience. Senior lawyers with the relevant experience and qualifications also considered. Demonstrated experience as a commercial lawyer, preferably in a similar capacity across the DACH region is advantageous.
