Senior Employment Counsel (Fixed Term Contract)

Unique opportunity to join a global investment manager on an initial 12 month FTC to commence early 2026 for an experienced Employment Counsel. Hybrid working, City location.

Responsibilities

• Provide primarily non‑contentious employment advisory work for the international operations, including advice concerning transactions, employment contracts and investigations.
• Maintain extensive liaison with senior stakeholders.
• Engage with external counsel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in employment practice at a highly regarded firm, preferably with in‑house experience in a similar capacity within a complex, global business.
• High level of technical knowledge coupled with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
