Interim Legal Counsel - Wealth Management in Reading

A diversified PE backed financial services firm is looking for an Interim Legal Counsel to join their busy team on an initial 12 month FTC basis. Central London office, hybrid working.

This is a great all-rounder role for a lawyer with experience across Wealth Management, Private Client, Trusts and/or Investment Management. Australian and NZ lawyers with relevant experience also encouraged to apply.

Reporting to the Group General Counsel you will have a varied role such as;

• general commercial contract drafting and negotiation
• support the corporate advisory, trusts and wealth management teams on legal and compliance matters
• regulatory advice and updates to business
• engaging external counsel when required
• corporate transactional support

To be considered for this role you will be 4+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained in a regulated financial services environment, in-house or in private practice. You will bring a strong technical skill set coupled with the ability to work in a fast-paced team.
