Marsden is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join our in-house legal team on a 12-month FTC basis, with hybrid/flexible working from the London or regional offices. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will have a broad remit including commercial contracts, corporate governance and privacy matters.
You will draft, review and negotiate supplier agreements, technology contracts and SOWs, and provide cross-functional legal support on IP, data privacy and data governance.
