Unique opportunity for an experienced ECM and M&A Lawyer to join a fast-paced investment manager on an initial contract basis. Central London office, hybrid working, potential to go permanent.
As the sole counsel for the firm you will have a broad role supporting on a range of legal matters, and liaising extensively with the executive team with a core focus on taking lead on all transactional work and engaging with external counsel when required.
To be considered for this role you will be 8+ years PQE with training and experience gained in the ECM/M&A practice of a highly regarded firm, preferably with in-house experience in a similar capacity.
