Unique opportunity to join a global financial services business on an initial 12 month FTC to commence early 2026 for an experienced Employment Counsel. Hybrid working, City location.
Experience in the FS sector preferred but not essential. You will support on a variety of primarily non-contentious employment advisory work for their EMEA operations including advice concerning transactions, employment contracts and investigations. This will require extensive liaison with senior stakeholders and engagement with external counsel.
To be considered for this role you will be 5+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained in the employment practice of a highly regarded firm, preferably with in-house experience in a similar capacity within a complex, global business. A high level of technical knowledge coupled with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders is critical to your success in this role.
