Global, high performing investment manager is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team on an initial 6 month FTC basis with potential to extend to the end of 2026. Central London location, hybrid working. Competitive salary on offer.
Open to looking at those from backgrounds in corporate, capital markets, investment management, commercial in an asset/investment management environment. Reporting to the General Counsel as part of a busy team, you support on a range of BAU work and projects for the business. This may include taking a lead on:
- corporate transactions
- commercial contract reviews and negotiations
- capital markets advisory
- investment management support
- advising on related regulatory matters
- instructing external counsel when required
You will be 10+ years PQE as a guide with training and experience gained in a top tier law firm, ideally coupled with subsequent experience in-house within a similar fast-paced environment.
