As part of a busy team you will have a broad remit of responsibilities covering:
- Commercial contract drafting and negotiation
- Supporting on legal matters for their private client and wealth management business units
- Providing general legal advice to the business
- Advising on best practice risk management and compliance
- Regulatory advice
- Engaging with external counsel
To be considered for this opportunity you will be 5+ years PQE as a guide, preferably within a financial services environment. Strong technical knowledge coupled with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global business is key.
