Private equity backed Wealth Management platform is looking for 2 x Lawyers to join the team on an initial interim basis starting in February to support the business through a period of growth. 6-12 month fixed term contract, London based, hybrid working with potential to transition into a permanent role.
Reporting to the General Counsel as part of the busy team, you will provide support across their business lines covering wealth management, private client, trusts and corporate advisory services. In addition, responsibilities will include general commercial, corporate and broader legal advice to the business, working closely with internal stakeholders in the delivery of BAU matters and strategic projects, and instructing external counsel when required.
