Marsden Interim are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a global PE-backed technology business operating in the hospitals and healthcare sector looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel on an initial 6 month fixed term contract with potential to go permanent. Start by 1 June. Central London office, hybrid working - 3/2 split. Australian and New Zealand lawyers with relevant experience and right to work in the UK are also encouraged to apply.
Reporting to the Head of Legal as an integral member of a small, fast paced team, responsibilities will include:
- Commercial contract drafting and negotiation
- B2B technology, SaaS, supply agreements
- Advising on public procurement contracts
- Working closely with the sales, marketing and product teams
- Supporting and implementing AI initiatives for legal and the wider business
- Ensuring best practice risk management and governance processes
- Instructing external counsel
You will be 5+ years PQE as a guide preferably with in-house experience in a similar role within a global organisation. Depth of technical knowledge coupled with a proactive, commercial approach is key to your continued success in this role.
