Legal Counsel (6-Month FTC) | Commercial, Technology & Corporate Matters | Immediate Start
We're partnering with a growing UK business to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

- Supporting contract negotiations and tender processes with both public and private sector customers.
- Helping to improve contracting processes, legal templates and legal operations across the organisation.
- Identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, compliance and senior leadership teams.
- Supporting strategic projects, including acquisitions, integrations, corporate transactions, governance and compliance initiatives.
About You
- Qualified solicitor with approximately 5+ years' PQE (candidates outside this range will also be considered).
- Strong background in commercial contracting, ideally gained in-house or through a mix of private practice and industry experience.
- Experience advising on technology, software, data protection and wider commercial matters.
- Commercially minded and confident partnering with stakeholders across a business.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and managing a varied workload.
