Immediate need for a Senior Lawyer to join a Group Legal team of a busy plc in the real estate asset management and development sector on an initial 4-6 month day rate contract, Inside IR35. Central London, hybrid working. MUST be able to START IMMEDIATELY.

Supporting the Head of Legal you will be responsible for a broad remit of corporate transactional work, commercial contract negotiation, providing general legal advice to the business and instructing external counsel when required.

To be considered for this opportunity you will be 10+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained in a private practice, preferably within a highly regarded corporate team coupled with similar experience in-house within a plc environment.
