Leading international reinsurance business is looking for a Head of Compliance to join on a 12 month FTC basis. City office, hybrid working.
Responsibilities will include
- acting as SMF16 and SMF17
- taking ownership of the firm's compliance strategy, providing regulatory advice to the executive team and business
- maintain relationships with regulators (PRA, FCA, and Lloyd's)
- arranging and overseeing Compliance Audits and Risk Assessments
- ensuring adherence to anti-financial crime and other regulatory obligations
- maintaining and updating compliance policies and processes
To be considered for this opportunity you will have
- extensive knowledge of the Lloyd's market and wider London insurance market
- experience managing commercial and strategic matters such as onboarding new entities, M&A or restructuring
- knowledge of regulatory parameters and frameworks
- strong communication, stakeholder management skills
