Immediate opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer to join a FTSE Listed Global Software business on an initial 3-6 month FTC basis. City location, hybrid working. MUST BE ABLE TO START BY FEB 9.
With a global remit across their operations, you will have a broad role covering:
- support on M&A transactions, due diligence and related documentation
- advising on corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- assistance with preparation of Board reports and meetings
- corporate litigation support
- extensive interaction with internal stakeholders across commercial, finance, tax and treasury
- instructing external counsel
To be considered for this role you will be 2+ years PQE, preferably with a mix of private practice and in-house experience within a similar, global team environment. Strong technical experience on M&A transactions is key.
