Marsden is seeking a German-speaking commercial lawyer to join the DACH legal team in London on a 12-month FTC, with a hybrid 3/2 split. Start between Sep and Nov.
Austrian, Swiss qualified lawyers, or UK qualified lawyers fluent in German and with DACH experience, are encouraged to apply.
You will provide full legal support to the DACH business, handling commercial contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and engagement letters, while advising on employment, disputes and compliance.
