A leading international business is looking for a talented Employment Lawyer to join its in-house employment function. This is a permanent role based in London with a global remit, offering exposure to high-profile projects and a broad range of advisory work.

The Role

  • Advising on international restructurings, outsourcing projects, and transactional support (including TUPE).
  • Handling employee relations cases, such as grievance, disciplinary, performance, and investigations.
  • Managing litigation, settlements, and working with external counsel.
  • Drafting and updating policies, contracts, and frameworks.
  • Delivering training and updates to HR and the wider business.
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to HR, Legal, and business leaders across multiple jurisdictions.

About You

  • Qualified employment lawyer with 6+ years’ PQE, including in-house experience.
  • Comfortable advising senior stakeholders in complex, sensitive situations.
  • Experience in regulated and/or partnership environments desirable.
  • Exposure to international employment law issues advantageous.
  • Organised, adaptable, and confident handling a varied workload.
