This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role suited to someone with strong technical ability, a commercial communication style and a proactive, solutions‑driven approach. Key Responsibilities
- Support senior counsel on legal delivery across multiple upcoming fundraises (including flagship strategies)
- Lead on select funds‑related workstreams such as co‑investment syndications, LP secondaries, carry and GP co‑investment schemes, fund finance and special projects
- Act as a day‑to‑day legal contact for operational teams across the firm
- Assist the General Counsel and senior lawyers on broader firm and deal‑related matters
Required Experience
- 3–6 years’ PQE
- Background at a top‑tier law firm with strong private funds / private equity credentials
- Secondment experience with a private equity sponsor beneficial but not essential
- Expertise in private funds (mid–large cap fundraisings and related advisory/transactional work); additional exposure to M
