Marsden Interim are excited to be partnering exclusively with a PE-backed player in the energy transition sector looking for an experienced Real Estate Counsel to join on an initial 6 month contract basis starting late May/June with potential to extend.
Working closely with the CEO and senior management team you will be responsible for supporting the business on real estate and project development matters including:
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial and project documentation
- Construction, development and service contracts
- Support on site acquisition transactions related to project financing
- Advising on and managing joint venture partnerships
- Engaging external counsel
- Ensuring best practice compliance, regulatory and governance
- Managing a paralegal
You will be 10+ years PQE preferably with training and experience gained in a real estate, projects, infrastructure team of a highly regarded firm. Experience in the energy transition or renewables sector would be advantageous.
