Immediate start for a Legal Counsel to join a fast-paced fintech supporting the hedge fund and asset management sector on a temp to perm basis starting in late May. Central London, hybrid working, 4/1 split.

Reporting to the General Counsel you will have a broad remit covering:

  • Support on corporate transactions
  • Commercial contract review and negotiation
  • Updating and maintaining legal templates
  • Assisting on corporate governance and co sec matters
  • Providing general legal advice to the business

You will be NQ - 5 years PQE as a guide with previous experience gained in a similar role, ideally within a fintech or FS environment. Experience in corporate would be advantageous.
