Job Description
A leading professional services firm is looking for a Lawyer to join their in-house legal team on a 12 month FTC basis to cover a period of maternity leave. Preferably to start by early April. City location, 3/2 day hybrid split.
Responsibilities will include:
- managing partnership transitions for new starters, leavers and in response to any restructures
- advising on any partnership law related matters
- supporting with the onboarding process
- related regulatory compliance advice
- managing any disputes, contentious employment issues
- liaising extensively with stakeholders across the firm including finance, secretariat and senior management
To be considered for this role you will be 3+ years as a guide with training and experience gained in top tier law firm. Open to those coming from most practice areas including corporate, commercial, employment, disputes, regulatory that are looking to transition out of a fee-earning role.
