We are supporting a high‑growth, technology‑driven organisation operating at the intersection of software, data, and AI in the healthcare sector. The business is undergoing significant transformation and is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel on an interim basis to start immediately. This is an opportunity to join a scaling international company, working closely with the CEO, executive leadership, and the corporate development team. You will act as the sole global legal counsel, with work spanning Europe, the US, and the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting current and future fundraising activities, including investor relations, documentation, and governance.
  • Partnering with corporate development on M&A, transactions, and strategic financing.
  • Managing investor communications, due diligence, and preparation for funding rounds.
  • Overseeing commercial contracting, governance, litigation, and internal operations.
  • Supporting board activity, including company secretarial duties.
  • Handling global legal matters across US and European operations.

Ideal experience:

  • Strong exposure to corporate fundraising.
  • Background in M&A, private equity, or venture capital.
  • Ability to manage cross‑border matters in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.
  • In‑house experience preferred (strong private‑practice candidates also considered).
  • Restructuring experience.
  • US experience advantageous.
  • Familiarity with technology or software‑driven environments.
