Global technology business is looking for an Employment Lawyer to join on an initial 3-6 month contract starting by mid-May. City location, hybrid working (3/2).
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will have a broad role supporting the UK and international offices with:
- Advising on both non-contentious and contentious employment matters, working closely with senior management, HR and operational stakeholders.
- Working closely with the HR team to draft and review policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and advising on any changes to employment legislation.
- Providing advice on restructures, consultations, TUPE matters, reward, contracts and restrictive covenants.
- Employee relations matters, investigations, whistleblowing and grievances.
You will be 5+ years PQE with experience gained either in a law firm or in-house environment in a similar capacity as a dedicated employment lawyer. A depth of technical knowledge across both international and UK matters is essential, as is the ability to work effectively across a global, complex organisation.
