PE-backed, high growth business in the health tech sector is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join ASAP on a 6 month FTC basis. Central London office, hybrid working. Base salary up to £110k pro rata.
Working in a fast-paced team responsibilities will include:
- Commercial contract drafting and negotiating
- Advising on IP, privacy and other legal matters for the business
- Providing close support to the sales and product teams
- Engaging with external counsel when required
To be considered for this opportunity you will be 5+ years PQE as a guide with previous experience gained in a similar fast-paced environment. Ability to work in an agile, constructive and proactive manner is key.
