We are seeking a bright, motivated, and articulate Corporate / Commercial Lawyer to join a high performing in house Legal Team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role offers a broad and varied remit and would suit someone who has trained or practised as a corporate lawyer and transitioned into a strongly commercial in house position, with robust contract drafting skills forming the core of their day to day work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and procurement contracts, including: IT/SaaS agreements, third‑party funders, private medical insurers, and clinical and non‑clinical suppliers
  • Sponsorship agreements, sub‑contracts, and licences
  • Work closely with litigation colleagues to advise on commercial disputes
  • Act as a trusted, pragmatic legal adviser to stakeholders across the business
