Exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to join a scaling fintech as a Fractional Legal Consultant, initially 1-2 days per week as their first legal hire. This role would suit a lawyer currently operating as a fractional/portfolio consultant with a limited company/PSC already in place.
Working closely with the Founder, you will provide a range of legal advice and support in setting up legal and governance frameworks, helping to deliver strategic objectives, advising on transactions and liaising with regulators to obtain required approvals and licences.
To be considered for this role you will have demonstrated experience in the fintech/banking sector, knowledge of lending/finance transactions and related regulatory matters. Previous experience working similarly with businesses in their early stages of growth, supporting Founding teams is essential.
