Marsden is seeking an experienced Financial Services Lawyer with regulatory and investments expertise to join on an initial contract basis starting ASAP.
The role is 3-6 months with potential to extend or go permanent, hybrid working (2/3 split) and day rate inside IR35.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will lead the legal workstream for the investments proposition, advise on FCA matters and vendor negotiations, and help ensure governance and regulatory compliance across products.
